• For leases subject to law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989:
  The fees (visit, constitution of the application and drafting of the lease etc) correspond to 10% (including tax) of the total rent.

• Services by the owner with the accommodation: water consumption

• Required services for maintenance of the building (except particular specification of your lease): common areas maintenance, garbage tax, sweeping tax, lighting of common areas.

• Basic housekeeping once a month

• Wifi

• ASSISTANCE and communication with tenants 24h/7j

• MAINTENANCE and emergency troubleshooting 24h/7j (plumber, locksmith, craftsman)
